Reservations can made by phone or email. Payments can be made upon arrival by cash or check only. Credit Card Payments can be made by phone in advance of your arrival by contacting CMU Camps & Conferences. Guests may check-in anytime on the day of their arrival and must check-out before 12:00 p.m. on the day of their departure.

Each air-conditioned suite includes 4 individual bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms include extended twin size bed, wardrobe, dresser, desk and desk chair. Each suite has a phone, ethernet ports, and wireless interent access as well as cable television hook ups. Although each room does not have a television, they are located in the public lounge areas. CMU Camps and Conferences will provide all linen (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels) for your stay.

For those of you that just can't squeeze the entire family into a hotel room, Gammy Woods Campground is a very nice alternative! Gammy Woods Campground is located west of Mt. Pleasant near Weidman. They offer full service hook-up (water / electric) for RV's, a swimming area, some exciting weekend activities and plenty of other great amenities. Isabella County Parks & Recreation has several great locations for you to choose from ranging from modern sites with full RV hook-ups to rustic tent sites.

A few options include: Coldwater Lake Family Park (located 15 minutes west of Mt. Pleasant), Herrick Recreation Area (located 20 minutes north of Mt. Pleasant), and Deerfield Nature Park (rustic sites - located 10 minutes west of Mt. Pleasant). For those interested please call the Isabella County Parks & Recreation office to reserve a site. Mention that you're in town for "LeTour 2013" weekend and they'll give you the resident rate of $20.00! More great information can be found on their website.
